The following are the Terms & Conditions under which your Red Dragon's tour will operate.  Payment of deposit and/or final payment is acknowledgement of receipt and constitutes acceptance of such terms & conditions as outlined.

Reservations: Bookings can be arranged through a Travel Agent.

Deposit & Balance: A non-refundable deposit of $300 per person is required upon confirmation of your booking.  The balance is due 45 days prior to departure.  Clients paying by credit card must sign an authorization form allowing the use of the credit card without a signature.

Cancellation: All cancellations must be made in writing to Red Dragon Tours either by mail, fax or email.  Penalties will be assessed based on the date of receipt of such cancellation as follows:

• Up to 45 days prior to departure: $300 per person
• 45 - 30 days prior to departure: 50% of tour price per person
• 30 days prior to departure: 100% of tour price per person

1. Hotel Accommodations - Based on double occupancy, sharing one, twin-bedded room.  When hotels listed are not available, Red Dragon Tours reserves the right to substitute hotels of equal standard wherever necessary.
   
2. Meals - Three daily meals will be provided unless otherwise specified in the itinerary.
   
3. Sightseeing - The local tour guide will determine final arrangement of the specified sightseeing program in the itinerary.  Decisions will be based on the circumstances, which are beyond the control of Red Dragon Tours, such as weather, any acts of God, incidents of the sea, fire, breakdown of machinery or equipment, any acts of government or war under local conditions.
   
4. Admission Fees - All necessary admission fees are included.
   
5. International Air -  From Vancouver, B.C.

1. Fees to obtain or extend passports.
2. Visa fee
3. Inoculations, vaccinations or health certificates
4. All items of a personal nature, including alcoholic beverages.
5. Meals as specified in itinerary.
6. Gratuities.
7. Airport fees and taxes.
8. Excess baggage charges.
9. Travel insurance such as cancellation, health, accident and baggage.
10. Private, non-group transfers.
11. Any items not specifically listed as included.

1. All tour prices are in CAD dollars and are based on currency
   exchange rates in effect at the time of printing. These rates are subject to change as deemed necessary by Red Dragon Tours.
   
2. Passports - all client passports must be valid for at least 6 months prior to traveling to foreign countries.
   
3. Baggage - Red Dragon Tours assumes no responsibility for loss or damaged baggage under any circumstances.  Baggage remains at owner's risk throughout the duration of the tour.
   Baggage allowance for transpacific flights is two pieces of checked baggage per person.
   Baggage allowance in China is restricted to 20kg.  One piece of carry-on baggage is also allowed.
   
4. Deviation Charge and Change Fee - There will be a minimum $100 fee for any changes after the documents have been issued.
   
5. Charge for Children - Under age 11, a child's rate will apply if sharing a bed.  Aged 12 and over, will be charged at the regular adult rate.
   
6. Shopping - Although Red Dragon Tours will be happy to assist you with any shopping requirements, Red Dragon Tours is not responsible for any goods purchased during the tour. Any after-sales correspondence must be between passenger and vendor.
   
7. Health - Any physical and mental disability, which requires special treatment or attention, must be noted at the time of reservations to ensure smooth operation of the tour.  Red Dragon Tours recommends that the traveler consult with their physician regarding wellness, inoculations and vaccinations.  In the interest of the tour group, Red Dragon Tours reserves the right to exclude passengers who are physically or mentally unfit to travel.
